Your Story Submission is Your Permission to Use Your Story Online and Offline In Printed Material
By submitting your story you understand that we may post your story online at www.beabeautifulexample.com. In addition, you understand that your story may appear in other printed material, such as a B.A.B.E., newsletter or at a later date. Your story submission grants A Better Future Group, LLC, owners of the website, permission to use your story.
We cannot notify every author as to the status of a submitted story. You will be notified if we intend to use your story.
Acknowledgement of Possible Editing
We intend to use submitted and approved stories as they are provided, however, if we feel a story needs minor editing for grammar, misspelling, length, etc., you grant us permission to make such changes. You understand that we will not be returning to you an edited story for the author’s permission. If we received a positive and appropriate story, but we have trouble understanding it fully because of how it is written, we may contact you for further clarification. We may also post a story, misspellings and all, if we feel it adds to the story or the author’s, particularly a young author’s, intent.
Your Responsibility
We cannot verify every fact in a story, so we trust what you submit is factually correct and true. If a story is submitted about someone else, you cannot use the third person’s full name, or give any personal information about that person, such as full name or address. If the third person mentioned, or organization takes issue or refutes the information in the story, we will remove the story and any subsequent discussions or consequences will be the author’s to address. A better future group, llc is in no way legally liable for any incorrect or disputed information published in stories submitted. Please note that we reserve the right not to print any story submitted that we feel lacks integrity and honesty. Also, we will not print disparaging comments about any third-party.
NOTE: Stories with inappropriate language will not be accepted. Remember, we’re focusing on beautiful examples.
